What to do if the DeskSite product you have installed appears shifted or doubled in places on your monitor.
Adjusting the Windows Operating System DPI back to the default setting of 96 DPI will correct the visual problem you are experiencing.
1. Click on Start then Control Panel.
2. If control panel is set for Classic View, then double-click on the Display icon shown below:
Then proceed to Step 3.
If the control panel is set for Category View, click on Appearance and Themes and then click on Display.
3. On the Display Properties window, click the Settings tab.
3a. Click on the Advanced button.
4. On the Advanced settings section below, make sure the "General" tab is selected.
4a.Change the DPI setting to Normal size (96 DPI).
Click OK and you will be asked to reboot your computer. Select Yes to reboot now, or no to reboot at a later time.
PLEASE NOTE: These changes will not be implemented until your Windows computer has been rebooted. |
