1. What are the minimum performance requirements for my computer?
   Windows 7, Vista, XP, or Windows 7 tablet
   Broadband Internet connection
   1GB RAM
   2GB of free space on your hard drive

2. Will this work on my Mac or iPad?
   Mac and iPad versions are coming soon. Additional tablet brands to follow.

3. Can I install this on my mobile phone?
   No, not at this time.

4. Can I install more than one DeskSite product on the same computer?
   Yes. You can install as many as you like!

5. How soon will I receive my first video?
   This depends upon the speed of your Internet connection, but you will typically receive your first video in less than one minute after installation.

6. Will my Internet connection slow down?
   No. Videos are downloaded in the background when your computer is online and you are not actively utilizing your Internet connection. This ensures you always have 100% of your bandwidth whenever you need it.

7. Will my hard drive fill up?
   No. Video storage will not exceed pre-set limitations. You may adjust these limits as desired.
