1. What are the minimum performance requirements for my computer?
   Windows 7, Vista, or XP (smart phone & Mac versions coming soon)
   Broadband Internet connection
   1 Gig Ram
   2 Gigs of free space on your hard drive

2. Can I install more than one DeskSite product on the same computer?
   Yes.

3. How soon will I receive my first video?
   This depends upon the speed of your Internet connection; but will typically be less than one minute.

4. Will my Internet connection slow down?
   No. Videos are downloaded in the background while you're still online but not actively utilizing your Internet connection. This ensures you always have 100% of your bandwidth whenever you need it.

5. Will my hard drive fill up?
   No. Video storage will not exceed pre-set limitations. You may adjust these limits as desired.
